when 與 while用法的區(qū)別是什么？
when 與 while用法的區(qū)別：
while引導(dǎo)的時間狀語從句多用進(jìn)行時態(tài)，而when引導(dǎo)的用一般時態(tài)即可。
例如：用while時可以說：While I was seeking a parking lot, the police came over and asked me to show my driving license.（當(dāng)我在找停車場的時候，警察走過來讓我出示駕照。） 用when則要說：When I turned my head, I saw a police coming over.（當(dāng)我回頭的時候，我看到警察朝我走過來。）
while只能表達(dá)“during certain amount of time”（在某段時間內(nèi)），不能表達(dá)某一時間點。而when則既可以表達(dá)一個時間點，又可以表達(dá)一段時間。所以，跟在while后面的動詞必須要是個延續(xù)性動詞，不能是類似：put on、sit down這樣瞬間就結(jié)束的動詞。
例如：While I was wondering what to order for lunch today, Penny suggested pizza.（當(dāng)我還在苦思冥想中午吃什么的時候，Penny提議吃披薩。）
